Our individual Terms and Conditions are currently being drafted. Until their completion and publication, all contractual relationships are governed exclusively by the applicable provisions of German law. This means that all rights and obligations arising from contracts with us are regulated based on statutory provisions, in particular the German Civil Code (BGB) and other relevant laws. At present, no special or deviating contractual terms apply. Once our own Terms and Conditions are finalized, we will publish them in full at this location and incorporate them into contractual relationships. Until then, we kindly ask for your understanding and expressly point out that only the statutory provisions apply.
